Shipping & Returns Policy

U.S. returns are easy! Unopened items can be returned within 20 days of the ship date for a full refund, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted.

Items purchased on sale and marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE

Returning an order that included a free gift? Please be sure to include it with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.

UNITED STATES RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

To return your order, please include the original invoice as well as the item/s in their complete original packaging. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. For qualifying orders, you’re welcome to use the shipping method of your choice instead. We do not provide free return shipping at this time.

REFUNDS

You will receive an email notification from HIR Hygiene once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 30 days for your package to arrive and our Returns Department to refund your original form of payment. Also, we’re unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.

EXCHANGES

At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with this transaction.

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE

HIR Hygiene gladly honors a one-time sale price adjustment on full-priced and in-stock merchandise within seven days of the retail purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments. To obtain a price adjustment, please send an email to HERE within seven days of your order date. If your order is eligible, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment. Items already purchased with a promotional discount are not eligible for price adjustments.

International Order Services

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Prices are displayed in US dollars, and are exclusive of taxes. All shipping costs, sales tax, and customs duty (where applicable) will be included in the final purchase price during the Order Review section of Checkout.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Processing time for pre-orders take longer, details of which can be found in the item page or your order confirmation. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email, or track your order by clicking “Account” and then “My Orders.”

We offer secure one-step checkout with credit card and Paypal for international orders. If your billing address is located in a country that we do not ship to, PayPal will be the only option at checkout.

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. See below for our full policy.

RETURN SHIPPING PROCESS

All international orders require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. To obtain an RMA code, email HERE with your name, order number, and the items you’ll be returning.

Your original invoice and RMA code number must be included with your return. Please mark the appropriate return code(s) on your invoice.

You may choose the shipping carrier of your choice. Shipping and handling charges, as well as duties and fees, are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package.
